Our High Security Premises Information Box™ (HSS PIB®C) Systems have become an essential part of the built environment, extending beyond high-rise residential buildings to a variety of structures including transport hubs like Canary Wharf Underground Station.
As mandated by the Fire Safety (England) 2022 regulations, effective January 23, 2023, secure information boxes are required for new high-rise residential buildings over 11 meters and existing ones over 18 meters. The legislation also recommends secure information boxes for buildings with large, complex, or unique layouts such as hotels, office blocks, transport stations, shopping centres, factories, educational buildings, and hospitals.
