Traceability is a core feature of our manufacturing processes. Since the 1990s each unique doorset is produced with its own code and this is now part of the G-Smart App, own system of digital life-cycle management.

G-Smart® holds the ‘DNA’, tracking the doorset from its inception at the survey stage through to doorset manufacture and on to installation, maintenance and repair.

This golden thread of information with every doorset produced, assists in meeting the requirements under the Building Safety Act.

Users initiate the replacement parts procurement process through the G-Smart® maintenance module, by identifying which components are needed.

Parts lists can be created within the module, specifying the necessary items and in the G-Smart® Spare Parts Catalogue, can review and order these items using the simple user-friendly cart system.

The G-Smart® Spare Parts Catalogue is optimised for both iOS and Android devices, with enhanced features on tablet screens or larger to ensure a consistent straightforward experience.

The app features a user-friendly dashboard view, optimizing the spare parts procurement process with a simplified cart system. Additionally, users can create parts required lists directly from the G-Smart® Maintenance App, ensuring a streamlined process for ordering replacement parts.
